Return Brewing opens Catskill taproom

CATSKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A new brewery opened its doors in the village of Catskill this past weekend. Return Brewing opened its second taproom, Return Outpost, in the former Crossroads Brewing Company building at 201 Water Street.

The brewery is owned and operated by four friends: Mikey Lenane, JD Linderman, Jack Liakas and Robert Wise. Lenane told NEWS10 the business started in 2021 at the Catskill building and continued to brew at the facility after they opened their own taproom in Hudson....

ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– As the leaves begin to change and families start to look for fall activities, the Hudson Valley region is offering a variety of unique railroad trips for families to emerge themselves into the fall foliage and season.

CATSKILL– Joseph Kozloski and Natasha Law were named village board president and vice president, at an emergency meeting in Village Hall, 422 Main St, on Monday morning.

The Village of Catskill trustees held an emergency meeting to re-instate a vice president position and to appoint a new president after the former president’s term ended Sunday, March 31.

Foundation grants $265k for neighborhood projects

In March 2015, a devastating fire destroyed two high-rise apartment buildings on Schenectady’s Jay Street, directly across from City Hall. Since then, the lot has stood empty, a grim reminder of the tragedy that killed four and left dozens homeless.

Schenectady Caribbean Day comes together as one Caribbean country this Saturday on Sept. 9, in Central Park celebrating unity and diversity of all cultures.

Across multiple counties, many reports have been made of individuals impersonating county Board of Elections staff, said the state Board of Elections on Friday.
